Quali dati trattiamo
- Dati di navigazione. Il servizio di hosting (Vercel Inc.) registra in automatico dati tecnici come indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta e tipo di browser, necessari al funzionamento e alla sicurezza del sito. Sono conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario e non vengono usati per profilarti.
- Modulo della pagina "Affidaci la tua casa". Nome, cognome, email, telefono, zona, tipologia, superficie e stato dell'immobile e formula di interesse che inserisci nel modulo, usati solo per ricontattarti riguardo alla gestione del tuo immobile. Il modulo viene inoltrato alla nostra casella email tramite il servizio FormSubmit.
- Dati che ci invii tu. Se ci scrivi su WhatsApp, via email o ci telefoni, trattiamo i dati che ci comunichi (nome, recapiti, date, richieste) al solo scopo di risponderti e, se lo desideri, organizzare il soggiorno.
Base giuridica e finalità
- Rispondere alle tue richieste e dare seguito a una prenotazione: misure precontrattuali adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Modulo "Affidaci la tua casa": ricontattarti per valutare insieme la gestione del tuo immobile, su tua richiesta (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Adempiere agli obblighi di legge (per esempio fiscali e di comunicazione degli alloggiati alla Questura): art. 6.1.c GDPR.
- Sicurezza e funzionamento del sito: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Il conferimento dei dati nel modulo è facoltativo, ma senza di essi non possiamo ricontattarti. Non effettuiamo profilazione né decisioni basate unicamente su trattamenti automatizzati. Non inviamo newsletter o comunicazioni promozionali senza il tuo consenso.
Il pulsante WhatsApp è un semplice collegamento: nessun dato viene trasmesso finché non lo usi. Se scegli di scriverci, la conversazione passa per WhatsApp Ireland Ltd, che la tratta come titolare autonomo secondo la propria informativa (whatsapp.com/legal).
Destinatari e trasferimenti
Per far funzionare il sito e comunicare con te ci avvaliamo di questi fornitori:
- Vercel Inc. (Stati Uniti), hosting del sito, che aderisce all'EU-US Data Privacy Framework;
- FormSubmit (Stati Uniti), servizio che inoltra alla nostra casella email i dati inseriti nel modulo "Affidaci la tua casa";
- Google, fornitore della casella di posta elettronica su cui riceviamo i messaggi.
Poiché alcuni fornitori hanno sede negli Stati Uniti, i dati possono essere trasferiti fuori dall'Unione europea. Il trasferimento avviene sulla base dell'EU-US Data Privacy Framework o delle clausole contrattuali standard adottate dalla Commissione europea. I dati non vengono venduti né diffusi.
Conservazione
I dati tecnici di navigazione sono conservati dal fornitore di hosting per il periodo strettamente necessario alla sicurezza del servizio. Le richieste di informazioni e quelle dei proprietari sono conservate per il tempo necessario a gestirle e comunque non oltre 24 mesi, salvo obblighi di legge (per esempio fiscali o di comunicazione degli alloggiati alla Questura) che impongano tempi diversi.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in ogni momento accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità dei tuoi dati o opporti al trattamento (artt. 15-22 GDPR), scrivendo a properhost.company@gmail.com. Hai anche diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Questo sito non usa cookie, né di profilazione né statistici, e non carica strumenti di terze parti: caratteri, immagini e script sono ospitati direttamente sul sito. Per questo non ti chiediamo alcun consenso. Il sito usa solo due memorie tecniche del browser, che non contengono dati personali: una (sessionStorage) ricorda, fino alla chiusura della scheda, che la finestra WhatsApp ti è già stata mostrata; l'altra (localStorage) ricorda la lingua che hai scelto, finché non la cambi.

What data we process
- Browsing data. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically logs technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request and browser type, which are needed for the website's operation and security. They are kept only for as long as strictly necessary and are never used to profile you.
- "Entrust your home" form. The first name, last name, email address, phone number, property location, type, size and condition, and option of interest you enter in the form, used solely to get back to you about managing your property. The form is forwarded to our mailbox through the FormSubmit service.
- Data you send us. If you contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone, we process the information you share (name, contact details, dates, requests) solely to reply to you and, if you wish, to arrange your stay.
Legal basis and purposes
- Replying to your requests and handling a booking: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- "Entrust your home" form: getting back to you to discuss the management of your property, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations (for example tax rules and the registration of guests with the police): Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Security and operation of the website: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing your details in the form is optional, but without them we cannot contact you. We do not carry out profiling or take decisions based solely on automated processing. We do not send newsletters or promotional messages without your consent.
The WhatsApp button is a simple link: no data is sent until you use it. If you choose to message us, the conversation goes through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd, which acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy (whatsapp.com/legal).
Recipients and transfers
To run the website and communicate with you we rely on the following providers:
- Vercel Inc. (United States), website hosting, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework;
- FormSubmit (United States), a service that forwards the data entered in the "Entrust your home" form to our mailbox;
- Google, provider of the mailbox where we receive messages.
As some providers are based in the United States, data may be transferred outside the European Union. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Your data is never sold or disclosed to the public.
Retention
Technical browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for the period strictly necessary for the security of the service. Information requests and owner enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires otherwise (for example tax obligations or the mandatory reporting of guests to the Italian police).
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to properhost.company@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, either for profiling or for statistics, and loads no third-party tools: fonts, images and scripts are all hosted on the site itself, so we do not need to ask for your consent. The site only uses two technical browser storage features that contain no personal data: one (sessionStorage) remembers, until you close the tab, that the WhatsApp window has already been shown to you; the other (localStorage) remembers the language you chose, until you change it.

The ProperHost brand belongs to ProperHost Hospitality; the photographs of the apartments belong to their respective owners. They may not be reproduced without permission.
